Running Water: _____ $10 additional charge will apply                                               These are first come first served as the spaces are very limited.  Electricity will be provided for Lighting in the evening hours.  Any additional electrical needs will need to have electric hook up.  Water hooks up need to be on a prior approval basis.

 

A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE OR WAIVER NAMING THE MAINE CELTIC CELEBRATION AND APPROPRIATE SELLER’S CERTIFICATES MUST ACCOMPANY APPLICATION.

To guarantee your space, applications need to be received by 1 June 2008.  After that date, applications will be accepted as space is available.

The Vendor space is allocated for a three day period and the vendor agrees to maintain the space for all three days. Checks to be made payable to Maine Celtic Celebration, PO Box 122, Belfast, ME 04915.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact David Dow at daved3366@yahoo.com  

The Maine Celtic Celebration reserves the right to remove any items deemed inappropriate or obscene.  There will be no table, tent or chair rentals.

There will be multiple events going throughout the event area. We will try to match your particular merchandise with the event that seems most appropriate. We will discuss this with you before final placement. 

Refunds will be granted at 100% until 1 June 2008, and at 50% up until 1 July 2008.   After that, refunds granted on a purely emergency basis and at our discretion.

Vendor maps will be available by the 30th of June 2008.
